We have sponsored the redevelopment of about 2,400 units of housing since our inception, 1,650 of which remain under our sponsorship or have been added to our portfolio since 2002.
We have active Tenant Associations in our buildings and a very engaged Resident Council that serves as a link between the buildings and the board/staff.
The Resident Council, besides co-sponsoring community events, also engages in grass roots fundraising, building and neighborhood improvement projects, and represent the organization at community meetings, such as the local community board.
