The below provides the privacy policy and practices of Banana Kelly Community Improvement Association, Inc. Our main office is located at 863 Prospect Avenue, Bronx, NY 10459. We respect your privacy when providing us with information through Banana Kelly Community Improvement Association, Inc.’s (Banana Kelly) website (the “Site”). Your visit to the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please note that this Privacy Policy governs only information provided to the Site and communications from us. It does not govern any other information or communications that may reference Banana Kelly. 2. Use of Personally Identifiable Information by Banana Kelly for Communications to Serve You. If you have elected to provide us with your contact information, either on the Site or emailing the organization, we may provide you with program or service-related announcements concerning the Site, including communications containing events, tips or promotions, or contact you regarding any requests you may make. These types of communications are necessary to serve you, respond to your concerns and to provide the high level of service that our site offers its users.
