Affordable Housing

BKCIA is an affordable housing organization, which has at its core the preservation and development of housing.

Community Organizing

Advancing the local community visions for sustainability and expansion of low income housing in the South Bronx

Rental Assistance Program

We work with each resident to ensure receipt of all available services and provide linkages to other support organizations.

English As A Second Language

Our ESL program, is open to all residents of the South Bronx. A language immersion emphasize in practical use of English.

Summer Camp & After School Program

The purpose of our After School Program is to provide children of the South Bronx with a supplemental educational experience.

Case Coordination Services

Every resident has access to our case management services – assisting them in retaining their tenancies, job placement and other supportive services.

HDFC Development & Support Program Cluster Site Case Coordination

We have sponsored the redevelopment of about 2,400 units of housing since our inception.
