Workshop Description:
What public land is in your community and what should it be used for in future? How can you ensure that the community retains control over these spaces? This training describes the rules that apply to the disposition of City-owned land and how community members can find what publicly owned lots are in their community. Also discussed are environmental justice concerns, infrastructure needs, and big picture concerns when deciding how public land should be used.
