THE REQUIREMENTS:

· A Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a full service, fine dining restaurant preferably New York City

· Knowledge & experience with contemporary cuisine and technique preferred

· Culinary certificate or degree a plus

· Resourceful, clean& organized working habits with attention to detail

· Excellence in planning and prep

· Great knife skills

· Personable, outgoing, energetic team player with a positive attitude

· Ability to think quick on their feet and multi-task in a fast paced environment
