Creating Affordable Housing and Community Control Through CLTs

In this session we will dive deep into a tool for taking community control over land, housing and development in NYC: Community Land Trusts (CLTs). Through video, skits and playing a board game, we will learn the basics of CLTs and how community land trusts can help combat gentrification and create community and green space as well as deeply and permanently affordable housing in NYC.
